Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging when applicable.

Because many Vice Racing Club apparel items are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, we may not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind unless approved by our support team.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Sim racing passes, memberships, appointments, and service-based products are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by law or approved by Vice Racing Club.
